Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, effective, and holistic patient care in line with current clinical guidelines
- Manage patients including acute and chronic conditions
- Undertake home visits and urgent care as required
- Work collaboratively with other practice staff, including nurses, HCAs, and administrative staff
- Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and service development
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation
- Participate in team meetings and practice activities

Provide general medical services to registered patients, including consultations, telephone triage, home visits, and clinical administration.
