Patient Support ADMINISTRATOR (Maternity Cover)

Job summary

About the role: We are looking for Patient Support ADMINISTRATOR to join a small but highly effective team. Working collaboratively within the Patient Support Administrator Team, you will share responsibility for a broad range of administrative duties and actively contribute to improving team performance through reflection and constructive suggestions. Tasks will vary daily based on workload, targets, staffing levels and team skill mix as well as changing in line with organisational needs.

Main duties of the job

You will provide general support to the practice team and ensuring a positive, professional, and welcoming experience for patients and visitors, whether in person, over the phone or through electronic communication. This role is expected to be based predominately at Lisson Grove however the postholder may be expected to work at our Woolwell site or any site within our PCN or related businesses.

Hours: This is a Maternity Cover position offering 27 hours per week. We are flexible with how these hours are distributed across 3, 4, or 5 days, however Wednesday and Friday working is essential.
