Lisson Grove and Woolwell Medical Centre is a thriving two site practice in Plymouth. The city is in an enviable part of the country offering city living that is only minutes away from sea and moorland, offering something for everyone. With two surgeries in different areas of the city we have a wider than normal patient demographic which adds variety and interest.

As a practice we are passionate about continuity of care and about adding value to the lives of the 12,600 patients we serve. We are proud of our reputation for innovation, being a training practice, for continuous professional development and for our growing patient numbers.

We are expanding our clinical team and now wish to recruit a salaried GP looking for four or more sessions a week to join our 9 strong GP team. We are very flexible about the background of the GP we recruit. You may be newly qualified that we would support through the NTP Fellowship, an old hand that is looking for progression into Partnership or anything in-between. It might include developing a portfolio career within the Practice or in association with others in the PCN. We have the luxury of flexibility and our prime concern is to find the most suitable candidate for the role and a role that fits the candidate. We offer the standard BMA model contract which includes six weeks annual leave plus one week of study leave to be used as you see fit.
