Job summary

We are recruiting a GP Partner to join our established practice. This is a genuine opportunity to step into Partnership within a stable surgery with experienced leadership, strong administrative support, and a clear operational structure.

This role would suit a GP who wants influence over how general practice is run, not just deliver sessions. You will work alongside our experienced Partners, with involvement in clinical care, service development, and practice decision-making.

We are open to both experienced Partners and GPs moving into Partnership for the first time.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide routine and urgent GP consultations
  • Manage acute and long-term conditions
  • Review and action clinical results, correspondence, and prescriptions
  • Participate in on-call rota
  • Work alongside nursing, pharmacy, and wider multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement
  • Participate in Partner discussions and decision-making relating to practice operations

About us

We are an established GP practice serving our local community with a stable clinical and administrative team.

The practice operates using EMIS Web and has dedicated workflow and administrative support to manage incoming correspondence, prescriptions, and document processing. We work closely with our Primary Care Network and have a multidisciplinary team supporting patient care.

  • MRCGP (or equivalent)
