Job summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy
Reception Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy reception and
patient services function. You will work closely with the Reception Manager and
wider team, helping to lead reception staff, manage workflows and rotas, and
ensure our patients receive a professional, responsive and welcoming service.
Interview dates Tuesday 24th or Wednesday 25th February
Main duties of the job
- Support daily reception and front-of-house operations
- Lead, support and develop reception staff
- Manage clinical rotas on SystmOne
- Monitor appointment capacity and patient access
- Act as a senior point of contact for patient queries and concerns
- Support care navigation and patient flow
- Ensure CQC, health & safety compliance are met where appropiate
- Work collaboratively with clinical and management teams
