Newly Qualified Salaried GP - ARRS

Job summary

Westbourne Medical Group are looking to appoint a newly qualified GP, utilising the ARRS funding scheme, for 3-4 sessions a week.

We are GP Training Practice with CQC 'Outstanding' rating and a list size of over 6600 patients. We are committed to providing excellent patient care and are looking for a dedicated professional who shares the same values.

To qualify for the ARRS scheme the GP must be within 2 years of qualifying and not have held a salaried post since qualification.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a team player who is keen to support and contribute to our program of continuous improvements and weekly clinical meetings, and work with us to ensure we maintain our high QOF achievements.The new GP will help to deliver our vision of high-quality medical services at our well-established, progressive, friendly practice team.

We are a friendly, innovative and dynamic GP Practice with over 6600 patients with GPs, ANPs, Nurses, Clinical Pharmacists, HCA's and Social Prescribers all working together to provide high levels of clinical excellence and support to our patients.

This position requires a qualified and GMC registered GP to work with the team at Westbourne Medical Group to deliver NHS General Medical Services to our registered patients under GMS contract.

  • 3-4 sessions available
  • Salary negotiable, depending on experience
  • NHS Pension
  • Minimum six weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays (pro rata)
  • Supported learning and training
  • Protected admin time
  • Professional indemnity with MDU, paid by Practice

We are part of Coalfields PCN so additional sessions may be available within our group of practices.
