Job summary

Rother House Medical Centre is a well-established practice located in the heart of Stratford Upon Avon, striving for excellence in patient care. We are looking for candidates who can provide high quality customer service to further improve the quality of the patient journey.

Main duties of the job

Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting patients and visitors
  • Booking appointments
  • Taking general enquiries by telephone and face to face
  • General administrative duties

About us

Rother House has around 60 members of staff all of whom are passionate about patient care.

The reception team currently has 15 dedicated members who provide good quality care and support to our patients.The team works hard to meet the busy demand and are flexible to the working needs.

We aim to provide a supportive environment for our staff creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. All our receptionist integrate with the clinicians to provide a bigger team network for supporting the patient journey.

The receptionist Job involves:

  • Interact with patients both Face to Face and over the phone booking appointments.
  • Deal with enquirers from both patients, internal and external NHS organisations via email, phone or though the clinical system.
  • Calling patients inviting them in for annual reviews and/ or vaccinations as part of QOF.
  • General office administrative duties which includes: photo copying, laminating and printing.
