Main duties of the job

In this role, youll handle a variety of tasks including preparing clinic letters, managing referrals, and liaising with hospitals and other healthcare providers.   • Processing outbound referrals promptly and accurately

  • Liaising with hospitals, specialist services, and patients to arrange appointments and share information

  • Preparing and formatting medical reports for clinicians

  • Assisting with the production of private letters and supporting documentation

  • Managing subject access requests in line with data protection regulations

  • Summarising and updating patient medical records where appropriate
