Road West Medical Centre on a fixed term basis.

As the Practice Manager, you will
play a pivotal role in leading, planning, and managing the day-to-day
operations of the practice while ensuring high-quality patient care. You will
also have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic development of the
practice and the wider organisation.
The practice is run by three GP partners, supported by five salaried GPs, paramedics, a dedicated nursing team and the practice manager.
Main duties of the job
As the Practice manager, you will oversee all aspects of the practices, including:
- Strategic and operational planning.
- Financial management and income optimisation.
- Human resources and workforce planning.
- Patient service delivery and engagement.
- Clinical governance and quality improvement.
- Information technology and data management.
- Health and safety compliance.

serves a patient list size of approximately 10,000 patients. We are a city-centre family practice
providing a full range of general practice and family medical services. While

We are one of the key city
providers of medical education in association with Plymouth University
Peninsula Medical School and South West Deanery, providing training to medical
undergraduate students, paramedics, nurses and post-graduate doctors.

succeed. The practice manager will work
collaboratively with the GP partners to ensure the practice runs efficiently whilst
ensuring the practices long-term vision.

Alliance Primary Care Network and share a growing multidisciplinary team of
Physician Associates, Clinical Pharmacists, Care-Coordinators, Social
Prescribers and others.
