Job summary

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive GP Receptionist to join our busy and welcoming practice. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth patient journey. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive team where your contribution truly makes a difference to patient care and the daily running of the practice.

This role can be filled as a full-time position or split between two part-time employees.

Main duties of the job

In this role, you will manage patient appointments, respond to enquiries both in person and over the phone, and support the administrative functions of the practice. You will ensure accurate patient information is recorded, assist with patient requests, and help maintain an efficient and professional front-of-house service. You will also work closely with clinical staff to support the overall delivery of high-quality care.
