Main duties of the job

  • You will be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team providing support in a very busy medical centre, providing support to patients and clinicians, and always demonstrating a professional disposition.

  • Document management-ensuring that all incoming and outgoing documents are processed and scanned or forwarded accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Receiving calls and assisting with direct face to face patient enquiries whilst always maintaining a professional and courteous approach.

  • To ensure reception and administration duties and responsibilities within the Practice are carried out accurately and in a timely fashion, adhering to the policies and protocols

  • You will be required to undergo a thorough DBS check
  • To work flexibly to meet the business needs

  • The practice team will be responsible for your training and support.
