Practice Systems Co-Ordinator
Job Summary:
Shawbirch Medical Centreis excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a
proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our team as Practice Systems
Co-ordinator.
With a focus on providing
high-quality administrative support, the post-holder will need to be highly
organised, be able to work independently and have great attention to
detail. Good standards of IT literacy
with excellent written and verbal communication skills are fundamental.
Candidates should have
experience of working in an administration environment, ideally within a
healthcare setting, although consideration will be given to those where
transferrable skills can be demonstrated.
This is a key role supporting the day-to-day operations of the
practice, ensuring high standards of service delivery and patient care.
We are looking for someone to work between 20 and 30 hours per
week and has the flexibility to provide some cover between 7.45am and 6pm.
The post-holder will also be required to provide cover within the
reception team as directed by the management team. Full training on this will be provided.
Main duties of the job
Responsible
for a wide range of administrative duties
Support
data quality initiatives, recall systems, audits, Quality and Outcomes
Framework and enhanced service reporting
Submit
monthly and quarterly reports to relevant NHS organisations for payment
Provide
administrative support to the GP Partners
Contribute
to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and practice
efficiency
Act as a
first point of contact for technical issues and liaise with IT support
providers as needed
Ensure
practice policy and standards compliance

are a dedicated friendly innovative training practice with a compliment of
healthcare professionals: 6 GP Partners and 1 ANP Partner, 5 salaried GPs, 1
Registrar, 5 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 3 Practice Nurses, 1 Nurse Associate
and 1 HCA working alongside our reception and administrative teams.
