Salaried GP

Job summary

We are looking for a Salaried GP to join our existing team of 3 GP partners, 3 practice nurses, 2 HCAs, one Health Board Pharmacist, one pharmacy technician and a fantastic team of admin staff, for 4 sessions per week.

We are a training practice for GP registrars, medical students, pharmacy students, nursing students and regularly have work experience students.

The successful candidate would be flexible, reliable, punctual and trustworthy.

Our patient list size is 6700 and we work from single premises. We also provide a service to 3 Care homes. We have access to in-house counselling support for patients and first contact physiotherapy. We are a Vision Practice and due to move to EMIS in the next few years.

Our practice provides a wide range of Enhanced Services such as Care Homes, Learning Disability, Multiple sclerosis, Warfarin, DOAC, CDAT and also provides joint injections and LARCs. We are conveniently located just over 15mins from the Royal Glamorgan Hospital.

We offer 6 weeks annual leave per year and 1 week study leave pro rata.

We will offer £10,000 - £11, 000 per session annually, depending on experience.
