Job summary
Front of house receptionist needed for 16 hours per week over 3 days, all administration tasks, good communication skills, working as part of a team, ability to promote the services, creating a positive image of the practice, To welcome and appropriately advise prospective patients of the services within the practice. Understand and identify patient needs and requirements, through appropriate questioning, in order to signpost them to the appropriate person, in the appropriate place and time frame.

Main duties of the job
To be a role model for the delivery of practice
Excellent communication skills aligned to a Professional
attitude
Experience with System One or similar public sector IT system is
preferable
An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new
people
Ability to understand Patients & colleagues needs and handle
different types of personalities
Generating improved health awareness and access through
word-of-mouth marketing
To promote the uptake of feedback through multiple forms of
media such as; Surveys, the new NHS choices platform, and other feedback
domains
Perform all duties in accordance with standards detailed in the Practice Policies, and safe working working documents.
Adhere to your workstation risk assessment
Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible at all times to meet the operational needs of the practice
Take responsibility for keeping yourself up to date with training requirements, and annual refreshers applicable to Primary Care
