Job summary
Were recruiting a new administrative team member to give great service to our 8000 patients. For the right applicant we offer a good working environment and full training. You will work full-time or substantial part-time from 10.30 to 6.30 and 8 to 4 on a rota basis.

Main duties of the job
To undertake all patient service duties as required by the Patient Care Coordinator to a high standard.
- Reception desk dealing with patient queries
- Taking inbound and making outbound phone calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and faxes and texts
- Processing prescriptions
- Processing registrations
- Scanning, coding
- Summarising
- Liaising with clinical staff where necessary
- Other administrative processes as requested by the Practice Manager or their deputy
- Searches and reports
- Call and recall
