Job summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled practice nurse to join our small friendly team at Ashchurch Medical Centre.

Main duties of the job

The candidate should have core knowledge and skills of management of long term conditions i.e. Diabetes, Asthma, Dementia etc... Childhood Immunisations, Travel Vaccinations, wound management, INR, ABPM, cervical screening and in other enhanced services.

The Candidate should have the ability to work in a team, have good IT skills and strive to work for continuous improvement in their working role.

The candidate should be able to treat patients with dignity respect and compassion.

About us

We are a small friendly team of 3 GPs, regular locums, HCA and admin staff. We work closely with community teams and with staff within our PCN to provide a quality healthcare to patients
