Working at reception, booking appointments and answering the telephone.
Dealing with patient queries.
Administering repeat prescriptions and dealing with tasks sent
by the Doctors.
Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service
of healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive
and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the
telephone.
To provide efficient, helpful, informative and supportive reception and
administration service to patients and members of the primary health care team

About us
we are a small friendly team with 3 GPs and regular locums, an admin
team of 7, practice nurse, healthcare assistant. The practice closely work with other community teams to provide patient care.

- Pulling/filing notes for surgeries and updating as necessary
