Job summary
We are recruiting for a
Reception Manager to join our friendly practice team. We seek a very organised
individual with excellent communication, customer service and team management
skills who enjoys working in a busy environment.
The
Reception Manager role supports the smooth running of a team of receptionists
and manages the reception function internally to enable the team to provide an
efficient, helpful service to our patients, health partners and other key
organisations.
Main duties of the job
As
Reception Manager you will also be responsible for the clinical diary. Duties
include creating diary templates and diary management tasks to ensure clinical
appointments are uploaded to our clinical system, EMIS Web.
The
vacancy is for 25 to 35 hours per week. The role does involve some receptionist
shifts and so previous receptionist experience is desirable.

We are a high achieving 4 GP partner GMS practice serving a
population of almost 10,000 patients. We are a well-established training and
part dispensing semi-rural practice.
