Job summary
We are looking for new GP colleagues to join us, either as salaried GPs or as partners, due to the planned retirement of longstanding partners.
We are a friendly partnership of 11 Partners and a Managing Partner. Many of the GPs trained at the practice. We work out of two locations, have 17,000 patients and work hard to provide safe care for our patients. We are also focused on looking after the wellbeing of our whole team. And are always happy to over recruit to future proof our organisation. We are known in the area for our innovation and collaboration both of which helped us achieve our Outstanding CQC rating.
No Capital buy in required
Salary negotiable
4-8 sessions
7 weeks annual leave per annum for Partner (6+1 study week for salaried)
Highly respected, supportive team of GPs (11 partners and 3 salaried GPs)
Supported by well-trained excellent clinical and administrative staff, including Paramedics, Nurses, Pharmacists, First Contact Practitioners, Mental Health Workers, HCAs, Phlebotomists and Social Prescribers ensuring very minimal visiting requirements

Main duties of the job
Providing GP services to our patient population, diagnosis, treatment and referrals for health conditions as presented under a GMS contract.
