Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Bookkeeper to join our high-performing General Practice for 2 days per week.
This is a key role within the practice, responsible for ensuring accurate financial management, maintaining robust financial controls and supporting clear, timely reporting to the Practice Manager and GP Partners.
The successful ccandidate will take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks, produce reliable financial information and contribute to the continued financial stability and governance of the practice.

- Recognised bookkeeping or accounting qualification (e.g. AAT, ICB or equivalent)
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Essential Experience
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent Excel skills (including use of formulas and financial reporting functions)
- Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable
