We are looking for salaried GPs to work in our Helston and
Porthleven surgeries and join our friendly and supportive team of 8 partners
and 10 salaried GPs.

  Main duties of the job
  The role:-4session per week Monday and Wednesday
SystmOne practice, using Ardens and Accurx
Triage system introduced in June 24 - Triage Hub comprising of GPs, ANPs and Paramedic
Clinics consist of 12 appointments for each session education in appointments on some sessions to a
max of 24 appointments for the day for a more sustainable workload.
Team of nurses/HCAs providing nurse-led chronic
disease management.
Practice paramedics providing a visiting
service
Award winning PCN Pharmacist Team
PCN first contact physiotherapy, social
prescribing link workers & mental health practitioner

    a.
The
delivery of highly effective medical care to the entitled population

The
provision of services commensurate with the GMS contract
c.
Generic
prescribing adhering to local and national guidance
d.
Effective
management of long-term conditions
e.
Processing
of administration in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat prescription
requests and other associated administrative tasks
f.
On
a rotational basis, undertake telephone triage and duty doctor roles
g.
Maintain
accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy and
guidance
h.
Working
collaboratively, accepting an equal share of the practice workload
i.
Adhere
to best practice recommended through clinical guidelines and the audit process
j.
Contribute
to the successful implementation of continuous improvement and quality
initiatives within the practice
k.
Accept
delegated responsibility for a specific area (or areas) or the QOF
l.
Attend
and contribute effectively to practice meetings as required

Contribute
effective to the development and maintenance of the practice including;
clinical governance, training, financial management and HR
