Job summary
The postholder will focus on maintaining the administrative duties of the Administration support. We are looking for a motivated and organised Admin Clerical Support Assistant to join our busy GP practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to delivering high-quality administrative support as part of a friendly, multidisciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
- Registrations/Removals including change of address and/or change of name and Temporary Residents
- Links with PCSE
- Photocopying medical records and invoicing relevant 3rd parties
- Benefits Agency letters and GPR forms
- Lasting power of Attorney
- Fostering and adoption medicals
- Restore medical storage, logging in new records
- Hospital requests
- Tasks, emails and GP queries
