Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist to join our well organised GMS practice.
We are a very friendly practice with a really good team spirit.
Working hours can be flexible and involves Hybrid working but to include some time in the practice.
Main duties of the job
The Clinical Pharmacist will support the Partners and other
clinical staff in the surgery to deliver a programme of medicines optimisation
and review, including managing hospital discharge medication changes, secondary
care implemented medicines, CQC related medicine changes and practice
medication queries. The post holder will
be responsible for encouraging the development of better understanding of the
principles of medicines optimisation for the clinical staff within the
Practice.

2 Male Partners, 3 Female Salaried GP's, 1 Male Paramedic and 1 Female Paramedic both working 8 sessions/week.
