Job summary
If you are dynamic, forward thinking and looking for employment we are recruiting for a Patient Services Administrator. You will provide a full secretarial/administrative service for clinical and medical issues for all clinical staff in the Practice. The post is for 24 hours per week, working across 3 days as part of a team of 5. The daily split is as follows:
Monday, Thursday and Friday 0800-1700 hours.
NB: interviews will take place on Monday 11 May 2026.
Main duties of the job
Applicants should be versatile and have excellent organisational, typewriting, computer and people skills as well as a clear understanding of confidentiality and the importance of it in this role. Previous experience of working as a medical secretary would be advantageous but training is available to the right candidate.
