Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join Westcourt Medical Centre in Rustington on a fixed term contract for 14 months with a view to this potentially extending. This role is vital in providing high-quality medical services and supporting our mission to promote health and well-being within the community. This practice uses TPP (SystmOne)
Main duties of the job
Provide direct patient care
Conduct face to face, telephone, or online consultations to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of conditions.
Manage acute and chronic illnesses
Assess, investigate, and create management plans for both urgent and longterm conditions.
Prescribing and medication management
Issue prescriptions, review medications, and ensure safe prescribing practices.
Clinical decision making
Make autonomous decisions about patient care, including referrals, investigations, and treatment plans.
