Job summary
Queen
Square Medical Practice is seeking an ICT Apprentice to assist with the
management and maintenance of our critical IT systems, ensuring smooth
operations and business continuity. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain
real-world, hands-on, IT experience whilst completing your apprenticeship.
Main duties of the job
Support
day-to-day IT operations, including hardware, software, website design and upkeep
and network issues.
Provide
support with business-critical systems alongside and in the absence of the IT
Lead.
Troubleshoot
and resolve IT issues promptly to minimise downtime.
Maintain
up-to-date IT protocols and procedures and operational guides.
Participate
in IT projects, system upgrades, and software implementations.
Support
IT security, data backups, and compliance measures.
Undertake relevant training
and development as part of the apprenticeship
