General Practice Alliance (GPA) are looking for a part-time Administrator to work 30 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until 30th April 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and provide essential operational and administrative support to ensure our Personalised Care services and projects run smoothly. We are keen for someone to start as soon as possible.

Main duties of the job
As our Administrator, you will provide key support to the team, helping deliver Personalised Care services and related projects efficiently. You'll work closely with the Personalised Care Lead and Service Development Manager, supporting both day-to-day activities and wider service development initiatives.
You'll assist with administrative tasks, coordinate communications, support events, and contribute to data collection and reporting. Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of services and enhancing the experience of patients, volunteers, and colleagues alike.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in supporting health and community services. You'll receive full induction and support to develop your skills while contributing to meaningful projects that improve local services and patient experiences.

events are regularly updated to keep the platform current.
Maintain an online volunteer platform, supporting organisations and

Support the organisation of monthly GPA Communities Market Place and
Communities of Practice events.
Contribute to internal communications and updates, including newsletters
or bulletins.
Assist the Personalised Care Lead in generating statistics for

feedback for service improvement and reporting.

- Experience in platform maintenance, including content management, user support, and using digital tools for reporting.
Qualifications

- Educated to GCSE Level (5 GCSEs at grade C or equivalent inc. English Language and Maths), with demonstrable commitment to professional and personal development.
Skills and Knowledge

- Understanding of community health, wellbeing and the local voluntary and community sector.
- Familiarity with digital service directories or online platforms used in public or community services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders.
