Key aspects of the role include managing and coding clinical correspondence, supporting patient pathways, maintaining accurate clinical records, and working closely with clinicians to streamline workflows. The role also includes delegated clinical support tasks, depending on experience, with full training provided for candidates who are keen to develop clinical skills.

This is a varied and dynamic role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of how primary care operates.
