Main duties of the job
The postholder will provide high-quality, patient-centred clinical care within a supportive multidisciplinary team. Duties include managing on-the-day and routine patient contacts through our total triage system, undertaking clinical assessments and decision-making, supporting long-term condition management alongside our nursing and pharmacy teams, and contributing to practice meetings and quality improvement activity. We welcome GPs who enjoy teamwork, value continuity of care, and want to play an active role in a practice that is continually developing and committed to excellent patient outcomes.
