Job summary
To provide administrative and organisational
support to the Senior Management Team, with a focus on operations, finance and
business continuity. The post-holder will assist with maintaining financial and
operational records, processing invoices, supporting budget monitoring,
preparing reports, and ensuring compliance documentation is kept up to date.
They will also provide day-to-day admin support to ensure the smooth running of
operational and finance functions within a large GP Practice.
This is a varied
entry-level role, particularly suitable for a recent graduate seeking to
develop practical experience in operations and finance.

Main duties of the job
The Operations & Finance Support Officer will assist the senior management team with day-to-day operational and financial activities across the practice. The role involves maintaining records, processing invoices, monitoring budgets, supporting compliance reporting, and helping to ensure the smooth running of administrative and finance functions. Its a varied position offering practical experience in both business operations and finance within a busy GP practice.
