Bradley's Practice

Salaried GP Bradleys Practice

The closing date is 10 April 2026

Job summary

Salaried GP Bradleys Practice

Bradleys Practice is a dual-site GP surgery located in North East Wales, serving a patient population of approximately 18,000. We are currently seeking a salaried GP to work two sessions per week, with opportunities to expand sessions in the future.

We are a partner-led practice with potential progression to partnership for the right candidate.

We pride ourselves on being a proactive and supportive practice. We have implemented several technological initiatives to enhance both patient experience and staff wellbeing, and we continue to develop new projects to improve how we work.

Main duties of the job

A typical clinical session consists of 12 appointments. There are no home visits during clinic days, as we have a dedicated visiting clinician each day, supported by our GP trainees.

We operate a clinical navigation system to triage appointment requests and manage demand effectively. As a result, the duty doctor maintains a normal clinic day until 5pm, reviewing only patients with urgent clinical need who meet specific criteria between 5pm and 6:30pm.

The successful applicant would participate in visiting days and duty shifts on a pro rata basis.

Also to help train students if required and clinical time is given for this.

There is also the opportunity for the post holder to become involved in our clinical navigation system, should they wish to take on this role

About us

Our clinical team currently includes 9 partner GPs, 2 salaried GPs, 1 ANP, 1 APP, 1 pharmacist, 5 practice nurses and 3 HCAs. We are also a training practice and usually host four GP or Foundation trainees at any given time.
