Salaried GP Maternity Cover

Job summary

Leicester Terrace Health Care Centre is seeking a motivated, forward-thinking, and approachable GP for a 12 month fixed term post to cover maternity leave. This role is for 6 sessions, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and keen to work collaboratively within a diverse primary healthcare environment.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a GP who:

• Delivers a consistently high standard of clinical care.
• Has a flexible, team-oriented approach.
• Communicates effectively and work well with all members of the Primary Care Team.
• Actively contributes to the ongoing work of our Primary Care Network.

Leicester Terrace Health Care Centre is a vibrant, town-centre practice serving over 18,000 patients. We are proud of our diverse and experience multidisciplinary team, which includes, social prescribing link workers, clinical pharmacists, care coordinators, paramedics and a physician associate.

We are an active member of our Primary Care Network and a committed training practice, supporting GP registrars and medical students. We also offer enhanced services, including minor surgery and sigmoidoscopy procedures.
