Job summary
The post
holder is responsible for the delivery of safe and effective nursing care to
the practice population. As the team leader for the nursing team, the post
holder is accountable for the nursing service delivery.
Main duties of the job
The post
holder will lead and manage the nursing resource, working closely with the GPs
and management team to deliver the practice priorities alongside the needs of
patients. They will support the delivery of practice policies and procedures
and provide leadership and direction for the nursing team.
About us
We are a professional and friendly GP Practice looking after around 14,000 patients based in the Wednesfield/Bushbury area. The practice relocated to a purpose built medical centre in July 2023.
