Acute Care within General Practice.

Seeing patient's for same day appointments following being triaged by our Clinical Team

Main duties of the job

Modern practice as part of Primary Care Triage Model.

Facilitate triage for patients requesting same day appointments from our in-house clinical team.

About us

We are a two partner and one salaried GP practice. We also have one nurse, one HCA and one GPA.

We have numerous reception and admin staff and an in-house Pharmacist.

We are also part of Wolverhampton North Network

  • Diagnosis and Treatment
  • Prescribing
  • Chronic Disease Management

Desirable

  • Urgent and emergency care experience in General Practice setting

Qualifications

  • Registered Nursing Qualifications
  • ANP Qualifications
  • Independent Prescribing

Desirable

  • Qualified in all aspects of General Practice Nursing:
  • COPD
  • Asthma
  • Smear taking
  • Diabetes Reviews
