Job summary
Kippax Hall Surgery is looking to recruit a temporary Care Coordinator to cover maternity leave. We are a busy General
Medical Services practice that provides healthcare services to patients living
in Kippax and the surrounding area.
The successful applicant will be easy going, able to work under pressure
and have a friendly but professional approach to dealing with the public.
We are looking for about 37 hours per week between the hours of 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.
Main duties of the job
Duties include, taking telephone calls, booking
appointments, signposting patients, preparing repeat prescriptions, dealing
with patient queries, and administrative support.
About us
We are a small and friendly practice located on the outskirts of Leeds.
Our team consists of 4 GP's, a nursing team of 6 made up of Practice
Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, a reception team of 5 Care Coordinators and 5 Administrators. We also have a Practice Manager and Assistant Practice Manager.
