Job summary
Arch is an outstanding healthcare provider which provides
healthcare services to people experiencing homelessness in Brighton &
Hove. We are looking for a special person to join our team for up to
18 hours per week to take a lead on our internal and external communications as
well as support our events programme. We are interested to hear from anyone who is highly motivated, creative, has a great work ethic, shows a positive disposition, is adaptable, highly organised and passionate about our vision.

Main duties of the job
In this unique role you will work closely with the CEO and Arch leadership team with opportunities to shape key messaging, brand profile and positioning of the organisation in line with our strategic objectives leading our strategic communications both internal and external. You'll also play an active role in our events programme which includes workshops, showcases, staff engagement and an annual conference.

To support the work of Arch by taking a lead role in internal and
external communications and managing the events programme which includes an
annual conference, online tutorials and stakeholder events.
Communications

Taking a lead in the creation of a communications strategy, and
reviewing and developing it on an ongoing basis.

Creating and delivering traditional and digital content in line
with the communications strategy to help Arch Health achieve its aims.

Planning, creating and developing content for various media and
social media channels and platforms to communicate our work in Brighton.

Working with the whole Arch team to coordinate the communications
of campaigns to promote the work of Arch and build our brand profile.

Liaising with teams within Arch to create on-brand resources to
aid patients, colleagues and stakeholders.

Engaging with the whole Arch team to support and provide quality
control for content creation by other staff and volunteers and ensure
communications messages are consistent through the organisation.

Keeping our website up to date.
Events
