Salaried GP
This job is now closed
Job summary
We are looking for a GP to join our small, happy, friendly team working in our new, purpose built city centre premises.
We can offer 4 or 5 sessions, ideally over Weds-Fri, but can be flexible about days as long as one of them is a Monday or Friday.
We also have a very loyal and satisfied non-university patient population and take pride in offering excellent continuity of care to a very high standard. We work closely with the other two surgeries who are co-located in the building and with whom we form half of the Oxford City PCN.
We value our team and take great care to try and ensure we support everyone to work in a way that suits them and allows them to enjoy the job. Salary will be competitive and we try hard to accommodate varied start and finish times where needed.
We all look after each other and try to ensure everyone can meet their childcare needs whilst sharing the burden of covering core hours as well as the limited number of extended hours now required.
We are initially looking for someone to work as a salaried GP but this could be with a view to partnership for the right candidate if that was of interest. We are a team of 2 partners and 3 salaried doctors, one of whom is making a career change which is what has prompted the advert. We have a fantastic nursing team, an excellent Practice Manager and a brilliant admin team. We all enjoy our jobs and hope you will come and meet us.
