The role will require flexibility within working hours as well as location across two of our surgeries at St Chads and Somerton House
Work pattern:
- Monday 1- 6pm
- Tuesday 8- 1pm
- Wednesday 1- 6pm
- Thursday off
- Friday 1- 6pm

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:

Be the welcoming face of our practice, greeting and checking in patients.

Coordinate with doctors and staff to keep appointments running smoothly.

Maintain patient records and manage appointments with precision and care.

Support with vital admin tasks.

Were a large practice (circa 19000 patient population) based in the heart of the B&NES countryside. We have a large multidisciplinary team, supported by a range of clinical modalities including nursing, a pharmacy team, physiotherapy and home visiting practitioner.
