We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join our dynamic and friendly practice as a Business Manager, to lead the organisation into the next phase of development.
We are looking for someone who can not only manage financial budgets and support income opportunities but also drive change, identify efficiencies and enable innovation.
Experience in primary care or healthcare is welcome however not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong financial background who enjoys complexity, responsibility and the opportunity to shape how an organisation works.
The role has become available due to a restructure of our current management team and the retirement in early 2027 of our current practice manager.
Main duties of the job
As Business Manager you will work closely with the GP Partners and the Practice Manager by providing strong operational leadership across the practice.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the surgery, leading the strategic, operational, financial and organisational management of the practice.
