Job summary

As a Nursing Associate, you will work alongside registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to patients. You will be responsible for a range of clinical and non-clinical tasks, including assisting with patient assessments, monitoring patient conditions

Main duties of the job

  • Assist in patient care assessments and plan delivery.

    • Completion of a Nursing Associate Foundation Degree or equivalent qualification.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    Desirable

    • Experience in a GP practice, hospital, or community healthcare setting.
    • Knowledge of current health and safety regulations, infection control, and safeguarding.
