Job summary

We are currently a partnership of four GP's, but are always on the lookout for the right people to join our team and expand the partnership.

They must be dedicated, hardworking and compassionate clinicians, whilst also being innovative and enthusiastic change agents, with an ability to contribute to every aspect of the partnership, including the continuous improvement of our clinical quality and our patient and staff experience.

They need to think progressively and be adaptable to a changing landscape within Primary Care without losing sight of the core purpose of General Practice.

Most importantly a new partner must be a role model within the practice and the wider healthcare community. They must model our culture and our values, they must be a positive influence in our team and must be a driving force for high quality General Practice.
