Main duties of the job
You will be involved in the full range of general practice nursing,
including:
- Management
of long-term conditions (especially asthma and COPD)
- Cervical
cytology
- Childhood
and adult immunisations and vaccinations
- Wound
care and dressings
- Health
promotion and lifestyle advice
- Infection
prevention and control
- Working
closely with GPs, HCAs, and the wider multidisciplinary team
