Job summary
We are a forward thinking GP Practice in a semi-rural location.
We are looking to recruit a reliable and hard-working administrator.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, competent IT skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
This will be a permanent position either full or part time, this can be discussed with the successful candidate at interview.
Main duties of the job
To provide general admin support to the Practice Performance lead. Dealing with patient registrations and deductions as well as patient recalls for regular check ups and investigations including annual reviews.
About us
You will be part of a large team made up of 7 GP Partners, 1 Managing Partner, 7 Salaried GP's, 2 Healthcare Assistants, 11 Practice Nurses and one Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Our Non-clinical team is made up of our Management Team, Dispensary, Patient Services Advisors, Performance Team and Administration/Secretarial Team.
We also have a Medicines Management team consisting of our Practice Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technicians, Prescriptions Administrator and Medicines Management Administrators.
We are a social bunch at Churchmere and we like to meet when we can, whether it be boat racing on the mere, walks or celebrations!
