Since these auspicious origins the partnership has developed to include 7 GP Partners, 7 Salaried GPs, 7 Practice Nurses, 2 Health Care Assistants, 2 GP Assistants and 2 Phlebotomists supporting a growing list size of around 13,100 patients.

The Partners all have lead GP responsibilities with one GP Partner taking on the role of Practice Nurse liaison. Tracey Moore is the Lead Practice Nurse and chairs the monthly Practice Nurse meetings as well as attending our weekly Practice Meetings as the voice of the Practice Nurse team.

We believe team working and collaboration is essential and to foster this we hold monthly practice training and development afternoons with topics ranging from dementia awareness, child and adult safeguarding, information governance and diabetes updates.

There is an emphasis on personal development and training with annual appraisal and personal training and development plans in place for all clinical and administration staff.
