Job summary

We know that many of you are concerned about the pressures in taking up a post in General Practice. We would like to encourage you to join us and fight for General Practice.

We are here because we enjoy providing continuity of care, developing meaningful relationships with our patients and have a good working relationship with our staff and colleagues. We have weekly supervision sessions to discuss any clinical problems and we enjoy coming to work. Our clinical workload is shared equally amongst Partners and salaried doctors. We have a high retention of our registrars becoming salaried or partner GPs, and have an informal mentorship to support recent graduates.

If you join us, you are welcome to become involved in training nurses, medical students and registrars, take part in our QIP projects or get involved with our Primary care network, Barnet Federated GPs, Training hub (former CEPN - community education provider networks) or NCL CCG activity.

Leave: 6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave allowance; 2 extra sessions for appraisal (all pro-rated to number of sessions)

If you are interested in joining us and supporting the future of General Practice please get in touch with us
