GP Partner East Staffordshire 4-8 Sessions
Due to retirement, Barton Family Practice is looking for an enthusiastic GP Partner to join our friendly, supportive, well-organised, forward thinking, GMS practice.
We are a semi-rural practice situated in the pleasant village of Barton under Needwood, with excellent road and rail connections to the Midlands and beyond. We provide high quality care, and our patient-focus is reflected in our excellent patient satisfaction rates, high QOF achievement and Good CQC rating.
Main duties of the job
Responsible for assessing patients, working with our multi-disciplinary
team and undertaking all clinical duties associated with work as a general
practitioner in line with GMC and RCGP standards. Duty Dr on rota day, your work will involve
face to face, telephone and video consultations and all related clinical work.
You will also support the team to achieve the surgery's QOF and enhanced
service targets.

- Purpose built premises with District Nurses, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Midwives, Health Visitors and CBT therapists on site
- 7300 patients

- 4 Partners (3 WTE), Clinical Pharmacist, 2 Nurses, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 2 HCA, and Phlebotomist
- Well organised reception and Admin team
- EMIS Web, AccuRx, DOCMAN 10 and workflow management
- Chronic disease clinics, minor surgery, and contraceptive implants
- Acute visiting service
- Provide cover to adjacent Cottage Hospital
- No nursing home in catchment
