- Starting salary of £24.00/ hour plus NHS Pension. Pay increases depending on qualifications.
- Full-time permanent post, 37.5 hours per week.
- 25 annual leave days plus 1 week study leave plus Bank Holidays (pro rata if required).

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will work closely with our Advanced Clinical Pharmacist and will potentially have a patient-facing role, working directly with patients to promote safe and effective use of medication and self-care. The role will involve working as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and run processes for medicines management on transfer of care and systems for safer prescribing.

Brunel 3 PCN has a population of 30,000+ patients. We are looking for an additional Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Team comprising of Pharmacists, Technicians and Prescription Clerks. You can help us develop medicines optimisation services within our Primary Care Network. The team is led by an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist and the team is based together at Crossroads Surgery.
