Job summary

The Vale Medical Centre is looking for a Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team of 3 GP partners and 9 salaried GPs. We are an established, well-run and highly-regarded PMS GP practice. We do our best to retain the best aspects of traditional family general practice, whilst embracing change, continuous improvement and innovation. We are based in the Forest Hill with a list size of 18,000 patients. Our patient demographics are mainly working age and young families.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for around 4/6 sessions per week , EMIS Web experience would be useful and experience of managing regular on-calls is essential. We are looking for a team player who is keen to be involved in and support the ongoing growth and development of the practice.

About us

Large team to support the GPs including 4 x Nurses, HCA (Nurse-led Chronic Disease Management & QOF), Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Social Prescribers, Care Coordinators, Paramdics and Mental Health Practitioner. We also have a large admin team.

Vale Medical Centre is looking for a Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team of 3 GP partners and 9 salaried GPs. We are an established, well-run and highly-regarded PMS GP practice. We are based in the Forest Hill with a list size of 16,000 patients. Our patient demographics are mainly working age and young families.

We are looking for around 4/6 sessions per week , EMIS Web experience would be useful and experience of managing regular on-calls is essential. We are looking for a team player who is keen to be involved in and support the ongoing growth and development of the practice.

The practice is part of the Aplos PCN, which is made up of us and three other practices. We have a productive working relationship and do our best to utilise resources and funding effectively to increase capacity and staff and patient satisfaction.
