Salaried GP with view to Partnership

Job summary

Due to the relocation of one of our salaried GPs, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic GP to join our small friendly rural dispensing practice for up to 6 sessions weekly. We are a small rural dispensing practice with around 4000 patients situated in the picturesque village of Rudgwick in West Sussex, on the Surrey border, with good links to Horsham. We will consider applicants wanting a salaried role, or applicants interested in a future partnership.

We offer 6 weeks annual leave and one week study leave (pro rata) per annum and flexible working including remote working. We are committed to delivering high quality primary care services, are high qof achievers and offer many additional commissioned services. We

We are a small friendly team with one GP partner, non-clinical managing partner, one other salaried GP, expanding and developing nursing team, and full admin support. . We are a training practice and can offer ongoing mentorship for new GPs.

Assisting in the provision of general medical services to around 4000 patients in West Sussex.

About us

We are a small friendly team with one GP partner, a managing non-clinical partner, one other salaried GP, growing nursing team, and full admin team. We are a training practice and so our experienced GPs can offer ongoing mentorship and support for new GPs. We arepart of the forward thinking Horsham Collaborative PCN running its own covid vaccination centre.

We are supported by PCN employed staff including pharmacists, paramedics and care co-ordinators. The PCN are actively recruiting additional staff to fill the additional funded roles.

The surgery has a positive atmosphere to work in, with an open door policy and regular meetings with all teams. Everyone has the opportunity to voice opinions how the practice could be improved and ideas and suggestions are always taken on board. We invest heavily in training and we support our employees to train in the areas they are most interested in to ensure they have a fulfilling career with us.
