Senior Practice Nurse (Non-Medical Prescriber)

30hrs per week

York Medical Group are a large, inner-city practice and their own Primary Care Network serving a population of 44,000 over 6 sites and consider themselves as a forward thinking, innovative and driven team of professionals meeting the demands of patient care. We have a diversified workforce made up of GPs, ANPs, UCPs, Paramedics, Nurses, Assistant Practitioners, Health Care Assistants, Care Coordinators, Link Workers and Mental Health Workers.

Following a review of our clinical demand, we are looking for an experienced practice nurse with long term condition management and non-medical prescribing certificate as the successful applicant will work in partnership with our student health team and housebound team.

Although all our staff are given a base at one of our six sites, we do ask that should we require cover at other sites due to high levels of annual leave or sickness that staff have a degree of flexibility.
